Main Features:
PTFE filling pipe is Made of high-speed mixing polytetrafluoroethylene resin and certain volume of filling agent such as carbon fiber, graphit, molybdenum disulfide, glass fiber and bronze powder etc, shaped by moulding, then through high heat sintering. Filler modification PTFE plank solved the creep deformation problem and the cold flow problem of the traditional PTFE. At the same time ,it keeps all the excellent performace of PTFE like the corrosion-resistant, good compression strength,hard-wearing, excellent heat conduction,low heat expanding. It is suitable to be used in the range of -180oC~+250oC as sealing parts or guiding parts for heat conductivity, anticorrosive, abrasive-resistance and no oil lubrication,widely used in pump,valve,paper-making industry,chemical,and exlectric plant.
